We woke Sen. Peters up on a Saturday morning by showing up to his house to peacefully call for him to listen to Michiganders and call for a permanent Ceasefire in Gaza.

Listen to Michigan "Uncommitted" Campaign 

February 2024

Volunteered, canvassed, phone banked, and created social media content alongside Listen to Michigan to encourage Michigan voters to vote "uncommitted" in the Democratic Presidential Primary.

Meeting with Sen Stabenow's staffers   February 1st 2024

Met with Terry in Sen. Stabenow's office to encourage her to lean into her social work values and call for a permanent, immediate Ceasefire in Gaza, and an end to US military aid to Israel. Partnered with Palestinian doctors.

Non-Profit Professionals National Meeting  

January 31st 2024

Co-hosted a national virtual meeting to bring together non-profit staff and leaders to call for a Ceasefire. Had guest speakers from USCPR, Non-Profit AF, and Global NGO's for Palestine.

Protest & Disruption Shri Thanedar Townhall    

January 27th 2024 

Partnered with MDPAN to host a rally and increase turnout to Rep. Thanedar's townhall with consituents downriver. Most attendees asked the Rep. for a permanent Ceasefire.

NASW Board Meeting January 22nd 2024

We attended the board meeting to advocate for hosting joint events, applying pressure on national NASW, and leveraging lobbying and PAC influence to promote Palestinian liberation.
